Eclipse 5 with autoSAT Oxygen Concentrator features the same benefits that you love about the Eclipse 3, but with next-generation internal components that enhance the reliability of the POC. The Eclipse 5 goes where you go, with improved DC power operation that allows for full functionality of the Eclipse 5 when running from DC outlets. All continuous flow settings, up to 3 LPM, as well as all pulse flow settings from 1 to 9, are now available while operating on both AC and DC power. The Eclipse 5 battery will also charge when the unit is connected to DC power while operating at all flow settings up to 2.0 LPM. The SeQual Eclipse delivers the highest pulse dose oxygen output of any portable oxygen concentrator on the market. No other POC can match the extreme pulse dose oxygen output of Eclipse 5.

Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Normal delivery time:
- Dubai & Sharjah: 1–2 working days
- Abu Dhabi & Other Emirates: 2–3 working days
- Remote areas: 3–5 working days
If delays occur due to courier service or unforeseen issues, we will inform you.
Shipping Charges

- Other Emirates: AED 15–20
- Free shipping: For orders above AED 300

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number or WhatsApp update from our delivery partner.
Packaging & Safety
All medical products are packaged securely to avoid any damage, leakage, or contamination.
Fragile items or electronic medical equipment will be handled with extra care.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
Please ensure your address, building number, contact number, and location are correct.
If delivery fails due to incorrect information:
- A re-delivery charge may be applied.
Items Not Eligible for Return Shipping
Due to hygiene and safety rules, the following cannot be returned after delivery:

- BP Monitors
- Glucometers
- Thermometers
- Face masks
- Medical consumables (gloves, syringes, bandages, etc.)
- Opened / used medical products

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across the UAE.
Customers must be available to receive the order at the scheduled time.
