1. Return Window

● Returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

● Returns requested after 3 days will not be accepted.

To qualify for a return:

● All original accessories, manuals, certification documents, and packaging must be intact.

● Serial numbers must match our records.

3. Non-Returnable Products

For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

● Opened medical supplies

● Disposable diagnostic kits

● PPE, masks, gloves

● Items showing signs of usage

● Customized or special-order products

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product delivered
