A fixed Gearbar provides Instructors with the security of knowing that users can safely and easily adjust their own settings, while preventing incorrect installation. Spring-loaded pins ensure that the High-Precision Gearbar is anchored securely in its desired position while spring balls hook securely into the concaved areas of the spring slots. With Gearbar positions at smaller intervals, tension adjustments can be made in smaller increments allowing users to choose the most appropriate tension. These additional positions afford greater precision in resistance settings for diverse populations, from those with mobility issues to high-performing athletes. Pull, slide, pin and go! The High-Precision Gearbar glides along the full length of the adjustment bar and spring-loaded pins lock it into position. This makes for fuss-free quick tension adjustments saving time and allowing for fluid, interruption-free workouts.

Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Normal delivery time:
- Dubai & Sharjah: 1–2 working days
- Abu Dhabi & Other Emirates: 2–3 working days
- Remote areas: 3–5 working days
If delays occur due to courier service or unforeseen issues, we will inform you.
Shipping Charges
- Dubai: AED 10–15
- Other Emirates: AED 15–20
- Free shipping: For orders above AED 300

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number or WhatsApp update from our delivery partner.
Packaging & Safety
All medical products are packaged securely to avoid any damage, leakage, or contamination.
Fragile items or electronic medical equipment will be handled with extra care.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
Please ensure your address, building number, contact number, and location are correct.
If delivery fails due to incorrect information:
- A re-delivery charge may be applied.
Items Not Eligible for Return Shipping
Due to hygiene and safety rules, the following cannot be returned after delivery:

- BP Monitors
- Glucometers
- Thermometers
- Face masks

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across the UAE.
Customers must be available to receive the order at the scheduled time.
