Distilled water 20ltr is so pure, it is a common tool used in the medical field. When using a CPAP/BIPAP/OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR humidifier it’s important to only use distilled water. Even though tap water straight from the sink is probably more convenient for many CPAP users to access. However, CPAP manufacturers and clinicians recommend that patients only use distilled water in their humidifier chambers for important reasons. Filtered water may remove some of the minerals but may not remove living organisms or other chemicals.

Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Normal delivery time:
- Dubai & Sharjah: 1–2 working days
- Abu Dhabi & Other Emirates: 2–3 working days
- Remote areas: 3–5 working days
If delays occur due to courier service or unforeseen issues, we will inform you.
Shipping Charges

- Other Emirates: AED 15–20
- Free shipping: For orders above AED 300

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number or WhatsApp update from our delivery partner.
Packaging & Safety
All medical products are packaged securely to avoid any damage, leakage, or contamination.
Fragile items or electronic medical equipment will be handled with extra care.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
Please ensure your address, building number, contact number, and location are correct.
If delivery fails due to incorrect information:
- A re-delivery charge may be applied.
Items Not Eligible for Return Shipping
Due to hygiene and safety rules, the following cannot be returned after delivery:

- Face masks
- Medical consumables (gloves, syringes, bandages, etc.)
- Opened / used medical products

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across the UAE.
Customers must be available to receive the order at the scheduled time.
