Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Adams Med Medical Equipment Trading LLC. We aim to deliver high-quality medical equipment and accessories with safe, fast, and reliable shipping across the UAE.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all locations within the United Arab Emirates including:

  • Dubai
  • Abu Dhabi
  • Sharjah
  • Ajman
  • Fujairah
  • Ras Al Khaimah
  • Umm Al Quwain

International shipping is available upon request at the moment.

Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Normal delivery time:

  • Dubai & Sharjah: 1–2 working days
  • Abu Dhabi & Other Emirates: 2–3 working days
  • Remote areas: 3–5 working days

If delays occur due to courier service or unforeseen issues, we will inform you.

Shipping Charges

  • Dubai: AED 10–15
  • Other Emirates: AED 15–20
  • Free shipping: For orders above AED 300

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number or WhatsApp update from our delivery partner.

Packaging & Safety

All medical products are packaged securely to avoid any damage, leakage, or contamination.
Fragile items or electronic medical equipment will be handled with extra care.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

Please ensure your address, building number, contact number, and location are correct.
If delivery fails due to incorrect information:

  • A re-delivery charge may be applied.

Items Not Eligible for Return Shipping

Due to hygiene and safety rules, the following cannot be returned after delivery:

  • Nebulizers / Humidifiers
  • BP Monitors
  • Glucometers
  • Thermometers
  • Face masks
  • Medical consumables (gloves, syringes, bandages, etc.)
  • Opened / used medical products

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across the UAE.
Customers must be available to receive the order at the scheduled time.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 4 PM are processed on the same day.
Orders placed after 4 PM are processed the next business day.
