Bevestiging is deur middel van twee klittenbandbande wat aan die agterkant geleë is wat die kompressie verstel kan maak. Die voorste deel het 'n oop knieskyf. Die stut kom in die kleur grys met groen systawe en groen buitenste stiksels, wat die ortose 'n baba-uniseks-voorkoms bied. Dit kom in twee groottes en kan op die regter- of linkerbeen gebruik word.

Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Normal delivery time:
- Dubai & Sharjah: 1–2 working days
- Abu Dhabi & Other Emirates: 2–3 working days
- Remote areas: 3–5 working days
If delays occur due to courier service or unforeseen issues, we will inform you.
Shipping Charges
- Dubai: AED 10–15
- Other Emirates: AED 15–20
- Free shipping: For orders above AED 300

Order Tracking

Packaging & Safety
All medical products are packaged securely to avoid any damage, leakage, or contamination.
Fragile items or electronic medical equipment will be handled with extra care.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
Please ensure your address, building number, contact number, and location are correct.
If delivery fails due to incorrect information:
- A re-delivery charge may be applied.
Items Not Eligible for Return Shipping
Due to hygiene and safety rules, the following cannot be returned after delivery:

- Face masks

Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across the UAE.
