As plantar reduction is progressive, a set of ergonomically-designed wedges are needed to reduce plantar flexion from 22ø to 0ø at intervals of 22ø, 16ø, 10ø and 0ø. To facilitate this, Orliman has designed a set of three 2-cm wedges and a heel cup that are joined together by removable adhesive, enabling easy assembly and separation.
