Wrap the cuff around your left arm. Attach the cuff on the right arm if it is not possible to measure on the left arm.The arm should be uncovered and the cuff applied directly over the bare skin.Do not wrap the cuff around thick clothing, and do not roll up your sleeve if it is too tight.Do not wrap the cuff too tightly around the arm. The cuff´s edge should be approximately 2.5 cm from the crook of the arm.Sit upright and ensure that the measuring site is at heart level (chest height).To remove stains, use a cloth moistened with mild soapy water.
